BASIC ABILITY
The first ability your Fireball Sorcerer will unlock is actually Frost Bolt used to apply vulnerability and damage the enemy. Grab this ability and these two passives.

CORE ABILITY
Fireball will be this Sorcerer’s primary damage dealing ability. This ability feels solid right away, and will really shine when paired with Fireball Enchant at level 15. Max out Fireball because we double dip into its damage. Once as our Core Ability and once as our Enchant. Then finally Devastation is nice for helping you be able to cast another Fireball before running out of Mana.

DEFENSIVE ABILITY
The Sorcerer has some amazing Defensive Abilities. Frost Nova happens to be an especially effective Crowd Controller, instantly making all nearby enemies Frozen and applying the Vulnerable Debuff to them.

CONJURATION ABILITY
The Fire Sorcerer build will continue to lean into Fire once more as we grab Hydra from the Conjuration line. The Hydra is not only fantastic Single-Target damage, but also great for keeping pressure on your enemies when you’re too wounded to do so yourself. The damage-per-cast of this ability is amazing.

ULTIMATE ABILITY
You can only slot one ultimate ability, and this Fireball Sorcerer is currently using Inferno . It provides great single target and Area of Effect damage with one ability. by way of applying a MASSIVE dot to the enemies within. Grab this ability and these two passives.

KEY PASSIVE
Here this Diablo 4 Fire Sorcerer will take the Esu’s Ferocity passive, this is going to really amp up our damage by way of massively increasing our Fire Crit Strike Chance.

We are going to slot the Fireball as our first Enchantment, as this will cause everything we kill to explode, dealing massive damage to the enemies around it. This almost always results in screen-clearing chain reaction!

For our second enchantment that we unlock at level 30, we will take Hydra. Hydra does more damage per cast than any other ability in our kit, so getting an extra one along side us in combat will be great against bosses.
D4 FIREBALL SORCERER SKILL POINT ORDER
You get one point every time you level. So at level 2 on your first character you will be spending point #1. At level 5 you will be spending point #4.
When you earn your first renown you will have the same number of skill points as levels.
Beyond that you will have to do some quick math to know how many points you’ve earned from renown and how many points you have earned from levels to know which part of this you are on.
