Week 1 Twitch Drops: Rogue and Necromancer
Start Time: June 5th – 4 PM PDT

Week 3 Twitch Drops: Druid
Start Time: June 19th – 12 AM PDT
End Time: June 25th – 12 PM PDT

End Time: July 2nd – 12 PM PDT

Q: Do I need to own a copy of Diablo IV to receive a Twitch drop?
A: No. Owning any edition of Diablo is not required to gain progress on earned Twitch Drops.
Q: How do I link my battle.net account to my Twitch account?
A: Sign into your Battle.net account and click the Connect link for Twitch, then follow the instructions to sign-in and link your Twitch account.
Q: Which devices can I use to earn and claim Twitch drops?
A: You can earn and claim Twitch drops on a PC or Mac web browser or on the Twitch mobile app for Android or iOS. Unfortunately, Twitch apps on game consoles, smart TVs, and other TV apps do not support Twitch drops.
Q: Do I need to watch the same channel the entire time to earn my drops?
A: No. You can earn progress towards a drop from watching either LuckyGhost or DESHPLEASE on Twitch. For example, you can watch for thirty minutes on one channel and watch for another thirty minutes on the other channel without losing your progress.
Q: Will I receive my drops in-game automatically?
A: No, you must claim your drop on the channel you’re watching or in your Twitch Drops Inventory.
Q: Do earned Twitch Drops expire?
A: Yes. Earned Twitch Drop rewards expire 7 days after they’ve been claimed if a Battle.net account has not been linked. So link your accountnow if you haven’t already!
Q: What regions are eligible for these Twitch Drops?
A: All regions except China, Russia, and Belarus are eligible to receive Diablo IV Twitch Drops.

Q: How do I purchase a subscription on Twitch?
A: Login to your Twitch account or create a Twitch account, using either a PC or mobile device.

Q: Where can I find my rewards once I’ve earned them?
A: The campaign reward code will be sent to the user’s Twitch notification inbox once they have been earned.
You can find this in the top right navigation bar on Twitch. The codes will remain until the user deletes the notification message.
Q: I claimed my code from Twitch for the Primal Instinct Mount. Now how can I redeem it in Battle.net?
A: Log into Battle.net and visit your Account Overview. Enter the code in the Redeem a Code box and click Redeem Code.
Q: How long will it take to get my code?
A: Campaign reward code delivery can take up to 24 hours to be sent once earned.
Q: I’m having trouble receiving my code on Twitch. What should I do?
A: If after waiting 24 hours and verifying your purchase(s) were made on an eligible streamer’s channel that was live during the active campaign, please contact Twitch support while logged into your account.
Q: I’m having trouble redeeming my items on Battle.net. What should I do?
A: If you have successfully received your reward redemption code on Twitch, but are having problems redeeming reward items in Battle.net, please contact Blizzard support.
